During his tenure with the firm, Mr. Carnahan has devoted the majority of his time to practice in the field of workers' compensation defense. Utilizing his familiarity with medical resources and computer databases to augment his participation in cases, Mr. Carnahan handles all aspects of claims from initial client contact to preparation for administrative hearing. Developing an expertise in medical records analysis has allowed Mr. Carnahan the opportunity to present a seminar for fellow paralegals on the topic. In addition, Mr. Carnahan participates on behalf of clients at the bankruptcy court and has supported attorneys in several litigation cases.
