PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
With a background supporting Anchorage attorneys in a variety of legal fields for over 25 years, including probate and estate planning, personal injury claims and defense, real estate foreclosures, contract litigation, and guardianships, Ms. Simpson joined DeLisio Moran in 2008 to work with our attorneys in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Her extensive knowledge of all aspects of case development and litigation defense serve our clients well in this position. Ms. Simpson’s responsibilities include finding and interviewing witnesses; gathering, analyzing and summarizing medical records; drafting reports to insurance adjusters and clients; drafting documents; responding to discovery requests; and organizing discovery and preparing information databases using Summation and Access.
